Heirloom Piano Bench Cushion

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES

My grandma, Hazel Jagdfeld needlepointed the piano bench cushion. It was most likely done in the 1940s as I believe the piano was purchased by her during that decade. It looks like she used the basketweave stitch to create this. I never noticed until today that the corner borders are each done in a different color. It is a beautiful piece and gives the room a decorative touch.
